cousin fun!!!

summer time means lots of fun times with the cousins!  the girls love their time with gwynn and payton!

escaping the heat of the valley

over the weekend we ventured over to the coast to enjoy cooler temperatures.  we went on a super fun hike, ate dinner on the beach, and evelyn even got to go out and pull grandpa's crab pots in. :)

this bridge is your destination on the hike...the trail is called drift creek falls, its just south of lincoln city and its super kids friendly.  i think round trip it was a little over three miles.

we ate dinner on the beach and watched the sunset...it was so pretty out, but super super windy!

this girl didn't like the wind because it was blowing sand in her face, so she hid out in the stroller! :)

the beach and the lake are my two favorite places to go this summer!  i just forget how hard the heat is on a prego mama...so thankful for AC too! :)

7 years of fun with this hunk! :)

today we celebrate our 7th anniversary.  i couldn't ask for a better love bird that this cute boy!  i didn't think it was possible to continually love somebody more and more everyday, but this cute boy has proved me wrong!

 we got away last weekend and stayed in this cute historic hotel in camas, wa.  we got massages, i got the best pedicure ever, ate at adult restaurants and just enjoyed each other with no distractions! :)

 this was my grooms date...28 weeks prego!

fun 4th of july weekend!!!

we had a super fun 4th of july weekend being home and enjoying lots of great visits with friends.  if fact our friends tj and lisa brought their camp trailer and just camped right in the driveway!  it was awesome!  we managed to make it to the annual pancake breakfast at the park, the parade in harrisburg, hosted a little 4th of july party at our house, walked to the fireworks in the park, swam at the river and even spent the day on the boat at the lake!  it was a perfect weekend and we barely had to leave town :)

what a great weekend we had just staying home and enjoying lots of great company!
