THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I'm sure most of you remember writing a little note at my shower on the super cute pages my girlfriend Wendi designed. She bound all the pages together in this really sweet book and sent it to me after Evie was born. It turned out amazing, I just want to thank everyone for the very sweet letters, pictures, notes, etc. I was so touched by the sweet things you all had to say, in fact I have to admit that I cried the entire time I read it, but it was happy tears! :) I feel very fortunate to have such an amazing group of friends and family that think so much of us....thank you, we will cherish this very special book forever!

We had an awesome time in Oregon celebrating katie and justin and visiting with friends and family. We were able to sneak in a quick visit to meet the latest Carter addition. Caleb is such a sweet boy, I couldn't believe how big Evie looked next to him...it is crazy how fast they grow. I almost can't believe she was that little! Pat and Ada make great parents, Caleb is going to have a ton on fun with them!

We were on the go all weekend, but we loved it! We miss living so close to our friends and family, so we always try to squeeze in as many visits as we can. We already can't wait for our next trip south, luckily our little miss likes to travel. :)

We had an awesome time last weekend celebrating Justin and Katie. The wedding venue was AMAZING! We enjoyed all the unique things Justin and Katie did to make their day so special. Kaite looked absolutely gorgeous and I must say Justin was rather handsome as well! It was so great visiting with friends that we wish we could see more often. I hope you guys had as good as time as we did...enjoy your bliss!!!

happy anniversary sweetie!

since we were at justin and katie's wedding last weekend we are celebrating our anniversary this coming weekend, brian has a surprise planned for evie and i, we can't wait!

we had a great visit with the macdonald clan on sunday. we went to the park and then had an awesome barbecue at our neighbors house. gywnn and payton had lots of fun playing with the other kids and all their fun new toys! it was a great way to end a busy weekend...on saturday sarah, mom, evelyn, and i spent the day in portland to celebrate our belated birthdays. we did some some neighborhood shopping and then ventured our way out to mcmenniams for an out door concert. evie did awesome being out and about all day, she slept through most of it! i don't even think she even new out late we were out, although she woke up at her normal time of 4:30am ready to start her day, i guess i should have went to bed earlier :)
