our first week...

what a great first week we had as a family of four! miss amelia is such a little cuddle bug who loves to eat and sleep. i have been having to wake her at night to feed, sometimes i think she might sleep through the whole night if i didn't wake her. evelyn has been the best big sister, always worried about amelia. she makes sure she always has a toy, burp cloth, blanket and what ever else she thinks she need. :)

evelyn is loving having a baby sister! when we arrived home from the hospital last week she was really upset that she didn't have owl pajamas like baby sister. she loves to match with her and always makes sure i pack extra clothes for sister just in case she spits up. :)

brian and i feel like we are pretty rested, but miss evelyn could use some more zzzz's! she fell asleep at the dinner table the other night, i guess there is a first time for everything! this big sister stuff is a lot of work! ;)

we have alrady been out and about walking, taking trips to town, and visting the pumpkin patch. so far little amelia seems to be able to keep up with our busyness. i think i better get back to my cuddle time with my little ladies, i just can't get enough of it lately. i hope your all getting some cuddle time on these rainy fall days!
