our last few weeks...

what a fun last few weeks we have had!  the sunshine has been such a nice change from the rain.  here is just a bit of what we have been up too..

lisa and her sweet boy knox came over for a much needed play date...love this pic of amelia pushing knox in the doll stroller! :)

 we visited our friends and checked out their 4-H pigs...miss e was a little shy with them and amelia would have rode them if there was an opportunity too!  

 we made tiny smores with ginger cat cookies...yum yum!

 a quick day trip was made to the ranch to pick up our beef!  we had a half of beef butchered and i must say it was mighty tasty for dinner tonight! :)

amelia is a dog lover for sure...

 the girls took the dog out for a boat ride :)

this spring weather has sure been nice!  

i ran a 10k race on saturday to support our local boy scout troops...it reminded me why i love living in such a small town.  there were only about 50 people at the race and while we were warming up there was a yellow crop dusting plane in the field next to us!   the girls loved the unexpected race day entertainment.  i won a few blue ribbons, brian and the girls had fun, and the sun was shining...a perfect saturday in my book!

and we are off on another week of adventures....
