success!!!

this hunting season  turned out to be a good one for the hubs this year! 

this is his big horn sheep he got in october in the snake river unit which is in the very NE corner of oregon.  its a once in a lifetime hunt...its a lottery and you can only draw it once.  so it was a big deal in our house!!! :)

awesome country which makes for intense hiking/hunting!

it turned out to be a great group of guys and from the stories i hear i think they had a great time at "man camp" for the week! :)

brian and colton stayed and helped the out of state tag holder get this ram...of course another adventures story!

brians hunting partner tyler had some success in early september in the mt. emily unit.  these two were in the same unit last year with brain's tag, so they were excited to go back!

that's the recap of 2013 hunting!  so happy for their success!!!!

now we will have to wait and see what hunt of a lifetime pops up for 2014!  :)

this is a ongoing joke in our household, even through the sheep hunt was a hunt of a lifetime i have learned that brian always tells me that every hunt is a "hunt of a lifetime!" :)
