siblings weekend in snowy sisters!

we left 12 inches of snow in brownsville, to go play in the snow at sisters!  its funny how that works, we were worried that there wasn't going to be any snow for our siblings weekend in sisters and as it turned out we had lots of snow at home and we hadn't even headed east yet! :)
my little snow bunnies enjoying the snow at the park in b'ville....
this is what sisters looked like...it snowed over 2 feet in one night!  i love fresh snow, it was a gorgeous drive over!
charlie and mr.payton enjoying all the fresh powder...
miss gwynn...this girl could play in the snow all day!
this is what we woke up to after the first night...this is after charlie shoveled the snow off his car!  you could literally not even see his car at first! :)
my little snow owl taking a break under a tree!

just to help you understand how much snow we really got...these were the garbage cans! :)
the snow was so deep poor amelia girl couldn't even walk!
sledding with aunt lucy!
cheese!!!
the girls taking a break...
LOVE this picture of these two!!!!
the ford had to pull the toyota out a few times! :)
girls playing bingo in the window seat...such a perfect spot to enjoy the snow!
snowy creek that we snow shooed over...
tiffany breaking trail..
the higher we went snowshoeing the deeper the snow got, literally i think it was as deep as we were tall!

weeeee....
these two sure love playing together!

these girls were trying to dig a trial with the broom!  they could always find something to do outside!
this was the deck outside our bedroom...
not a great picture, but the four of them played together at this window forever...gwynn would throw snowballs at them and they would get wiggy and giggle like crazy! :)
brian's truck got just a little snow on it overnight!
the "hot bath" as referred to by amelia was lots of fun for the kids!  it was situated right under some huge pine trees, so every now and then you would get a little shower of snow on you! :)
snow angel!
even though there was way more snow then we ever imagined it was a great time to be on the east side enjoying the snowy weather and catching up with my siblings!  thanks for a great weekend!!!!!
