Mom made an excellent dinner of turkey squash enchiladas...they were to die for! Dessert was a pumpkin torte which was also amazing! On Sunday Brian, Sarah and I made a few stops in Portland and then went for a hike in Forest Park to enjoy some sunshine before we headed north. It was a great weekend of good food and good weather...can't ask for much more this time of year!
