mossy...

we ventured out to one of brian's secret spots on the tree farm over the weekend

there was moss everywhere...

then we came upon these really cool falls...

the water was super clear...

hmm....there was even moss hanging from the sky!

the falls were gorgeous and everything around them was covered in a very pretty layer of moss. i just wish it was summer so we could have taken a dip in the water! :)

miss evie came down with her first fever this weekend, which after a dr. visit we found out she had a mild ear infection...bummer. she has some meds, so she is on the road to recovery. i guess we should feel pretty fortunate that she is almost nine months old and it was the first time she has been sick with a fever. she was eating solids again by the end of the day today and was starting to act silly again, so that is a good sign!
