as of 4pm thursday night we have water surrounding our entire house. there is a really strong current in the front and back of the house.
the fence finally broke on the east and west side :(
notice my garden boxes tied to the tree so they don't float away and the panel of fence floating in our backyard river...

so far the play structure is holding strong...
looks like we will have some yard projects in the near future. i think we have a court of firewood floating in our backyard and all the rock has been washed off our driveway. and who knows what the yard will look like when the water is gone. luckily our house is built a foot higher then the 100 year flood mark. so for now we will just hunker down and enjoy are river view. :)

I can't believe theres that much water!! Good thing Brian didn't talk the builders out of the extra high foundation :) Let me know when I don't need a canoe to get to your house and I'll come visit

Oh my goodness!! This is crazy! Hope you guys don't get much more damage! It will be a spring/summer with BBQ's for friends that have to work on projects in order to eat. Let us know if we can help & stay dry!!

Wow... those pictures are amazing, and not in a good way. Pat said the water levels are way better today. Thank goodness! Way to build a foot above the 100 year flood level. :)
