my little ladies...7 months and almost 3!!!

on may 1st my amelia baby turns 7 months and evelyn turns 3 may 20th!  wow...time flies when your having fun with two sweet girls! :)
a few updates on the littlest lady:
-she started rolling and scooting at 6 1/2 months and hasn't stopped.  i think she likes being a bit more mobile.
-miss amelia likes to sleep on her belly these days, she normally wakes once a night for a quick feeding and some cuddle time. :)
-she does not like food!  i have tried all kinds of purred things and she just seals her lips as tight as she can.   she even goes a bit cross eyed staring at the spoon. :)  i don't think she is struggling in the weight gain department, so we will just keep up the nursing for now.
-6 month stats: weight-17lbs 11oz. (79th percentile)  height-26 1/2 inches (73rd percentile)
-her eyes are still blue green and she has started to grow some more hair...yipeee!
miss amelia is sitting up!!!  i forgot how much i LOVE this stage!  so smiley and cute sitting up, but not crawling and getting into things yet.  she still seems to be a happy baby, it seems like when ever we are out and about people are always commenting on how smiley she is.  she is a keeper for sure!!!!

these two little ladies just melt my heart when they play together.  we put amelia in evelyn's doll stroller the other day and surprisingly she liked it.  miss e pushed her all around the upstairs in it and she even read her books while sitting in it.  today evelyn put her apron on amelia and told me that she was giving her a hair cut!  too cute!
evelyn has been saying the funnest stuff lately, she said this the other day, "mom, you are a beauuuty!  sister is a cuuutie and i'm a butterfly!"
i'm loving every minute being home with my girls.  they keep me so busy, but its also so much fun.  i can't imagine it any other way!

ps-i have so many cute photos from the weekend at the ranch with the douglas clan and a little photo shoot i did with my girls in the backyard...stay tuned!!!

Great pics Lib. What a couple of cuties! I see similarities but I see a lot of differences too!
