miss amelia's first birthday bash!

what a fun party we had for our little miss!  it was fun planning a fall party.  we went all out with butternut squash soup and sandwiches for lunch and then apple cake and cupcakes with cider to drink.  it seemed that all the party goers enjoyed the food and the company of our smiley and spicy birthday girl.

payton sneaked into the party and started teasing miss amelia with his monkey...she loved it! :)

evelyn and i had lots of fun planning for miss amelia's party.  i asked evelyn at one point during the party if she liked birthday parties and she said, YES, especially sisters!  such a sweet big sister!  i do think that she loves all amelia's new toys, maybe even a bit too much.  she is lucky that miss amelia is just one and would rather eat paper then play with her new toys. :)  i think next year might be a different story. :)

thanks to everyone who came and made our little miss feel loved.  she was spoiled with lots of fun new things, but who could resist not spoiling that sweet smiling face?!
