may catch up...

what a month!  may seemed to have flown by, so here is a bit of catch up from the month...

the first weekend of May the douglas crew came up for a fun weekend visit to play and watch some beaver baseball!

 miss e went to her first beaver baseball game with the boys and she even came home with a foul ball!  she was pretty excited about it!

 brian caught his first salmon of the season...yum yum!

 the girls spent a lot of time in the backyard swimming and playing in the amazingly early summer weather we had!

 evelyn insisted on helping paint the patio furniture...brian found out it takes a lot longer to get the job done when you have a four year old helping you! :)

this month has turned out to be off to a busy start.  over the weekend we had two work functions to attend for brian's work.  thanks grandmas' for watching the girls while we had fun! :)  then sunday i was able to squeeze in a quick coffee date with wendi, one my besties who was in town from idaho.  then it was off to portland to get spoiled by my sister-in-law tiffany for my birthday.  she planned a super fun day for me and my sisters of pedicures and lunch at this great little wine restaurant in dundee.  its called red hills market and you totally have to check it out...i thought it was over the top cool!  and the food and drinks were super yummy too!  thanks again tiff for the really fun day!
