sometimes it just feels good to be home for the weekend. it had been along time since we were home for an entire weekend...just the three of us hanging out (four including allie!).
we did lots of this over the weekend...
we also took lots of walks at the park enjoying the great fall weather
we visited the pumpkin patch...
the weather was gorgeous...
the pumpkins were plentiful..
our pumpkin butter...
the pumpkin patch reminded me of being pregnant. i'm sure most of you remember us announcing our pregnancy with a postcard of allie in the middle of a pumpkin field...look how cute our little pumpkin is now...i think we did good picking this one! :)

ps-my friend jenny who i through the baby shower for, just had her baby tonight! i can't wait to hold a tiny baby tomorrow! over the weekend we had dinner at my friend alisha's house who just had a new baby boy "mac"...i couldn't believe how tiny he was, and he was even three weeks old! how do they grow so fast??!! it is almost hard to imagine that evelyn was that small only 4 months ago! WOW they sure grow fast!

I am glad you guys could finally have just a relaxing, family weekend at home! You deserve it! And yes, of course, Evie is the cutest pumpkin in the patch!!!
