a lot to be thankful for...

what a busy few weeks we have had spending time with family and reminding ourselves what were thankful for. we started our thanksgiving a week early celebrating with my mom and siblings. i always love getting the cousins together(notice pic in previous post), it seems that their energy feeds off each other and it makes for a entertaining family gathering! :) we enjoyed thanksgiving day with brian's family, but before we got to enjoy the awesome dinner we did the "turkey stuffer!" the "turkey stuffer" is a 5K run/walk in springfield that begins and ends at "splash" which is a local indoor wave pool. brian and i have ran the turkey stuffer in the past, but normally don't stick around for the wave pool activity. but the wave pool was the motivation for evelyn to finish the race. :)

i was even able to squeeze in a visit with one of my besties and her 3 handsome boys...thanks wendi and nate for the great visit, i always LOVE seeing you and your handsome family!

we loved the nice sunny weather we had over the long weekend, i think we are almost unburied from all the leaves that have fallen around us. :)

family, friends, our health & good food...we sure have a lot to be thankful for!!!
