4 months...

miss amelia turned 4 months on feburary 1st (last wednesday). i had every intention of posting a post then, but the sun came out and we have been having way to much fun playing in all this great sunshine! this month marks lots of new milestones for miss a. here is just a bit of what our little lady has been us too:

-we moved her to her crib a few weeks ago and so far so good. she still likes to go to bed around 7pm and sleep until around 7:30am waking once or twice to eat.

-she loves taking cat naps, but not up for much more then just a short rest.

-this month she started going to play group with big sister. so i have been able to run without the stroller. :) i figured the stroller weighs between 60-65lbs! so that is a lot of weight to run with. miss a had been going to the gym with me during workout class, but those days are behind us now too, as she would much rather being socializing with her friends at play group :) so its a good fit for both of us (and big sister likes to show her off!)

-amelia likes the bottle! yep, that right she likes it. if your remember, evelyn never took a bottle, so this is huge in our household! and she still loves the pacifier which evelyn never really liked either.

-she continues to love to eat her fingers/hand and drools on everything! she has also discovered how to make raspberry sounds with her lips which makes her shirt even more wet with drool. :)

-she laughs a tiny bit, but we haven't heard the belly laugh yet...i can't wait, i love that sound! amelia has been telling us lots of stories lately with her baby talk as well.

-her stats for the month are: 15.8lbs (88th percentile), 24 1/4 inches (52 percentile), and her head is in the 77th percentile. so far her stats are almost identical to evelyn's. besides the blue eyes i think they are two peas in a pod!

since miss amelia just moved into her crib, i though it would be a good time to FINALLY post pics of her room. so here they are...we used all the same furniture and bedding that we used with evelyn, we just spiced it up a bit! :)the quilt my mom and sisters made for amelia! i love the pink, green grey combo!so there you have it, that's what out little lady is up to at four months. i still think she might be the smiliest little lady i know. she is a charmer!!!!
