randomness...

i can't believe that feburary is almost over! it has turned out to be a pretty busy month for us. it seems like everyday we have something going weather its play group, story time and crafts, mom's group, little gym, etc. its great to be busy, especially with two busy girls! :)

aunt lucy was down last weekend and i roped her into going to a childrens performance with the girls. the venue of the day was the "alphabeticians" they were awesome. it was two corky men who sang about the alphabet and such. then the highlight of the weekend was that evelyn got to help pick out baby chicks for aunt lucy! :)

trying to help aunt lucy pick out the perfect one...for the month of janurary and february the kids got to make valentine crafts at our library after story time...miss e had so much fun! her is a sweet little picture board that the librarian put together and sent to me....grandma(my mom) and the girls and evelyn and librarian sherri with the valentine cookies she made for her :)we have also got out in the sunshine for some really great hikes this month.riding a tree limb we found on one of our hikes...i know this pic is blurry, but i still love it! my two little ladies napping together :)oh sugar cookies!
we made so many heart cookies for valentines and they were so yummy to eat!aunt sas came over for a special valentine breakfast....heart shaped chocolate chip pancakes. yum yum!enjoying some great sunshine in the backyard...spring is going to be here before we know it, i have lots of bulbs poking through the ground already. it seems like winter went by fast this year, i'm not sure if its because we have had such a mild winter or maybe my two little girlies have kept me so busy that it just flew by! either way we are excited for spring!!!
