on sunday brian and i celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary! we both agreed that we have done a lot in 6 years...I wouldn't change a thing though!
we left the girls with their super fun cousins and headed east towards sisters. we stayed up the metolius river and had an awesome time hiking, eating yummy food and enjoying some adults beverages while having uninterrupted adult conversations! :)
we had lunch one day on this deck at black butte. the weather was perfect while we were there...sunny in the 80's with a slight breeze that kept the bugs away...perfect!!!!
this cute little cafe on the metolius river was walking distance from where we stayed...the picture doesn't really did it justice, it was so pretty at night with all the chandlers lite up in the open beam ceiling. the food was amazing too!

we did a lot of this while we were away...just relaxing in the sun!
happy anniversary to my best friend! i feel so lucky to have such an amazing husband and even more lucky that he is the best dad to our two sweet girls!
i love you and 'm so glad i called you 9 years ago on that random spring day! :)
even though we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away kid-less, we couldn't wait to get home and hug on these two cuties! we missed these two silly gooses!
