last week we fished our first year of preschool! miss evelyn had a great year making friends and letting go of a little bit of her shyness! :) i think she is more then ready to move on to kindergarten next year...not sure if i'm ready for my girl to be gone all day, but i think i will also have a new distraction to keep me busy! :)

a few of the highlights of what she had to say about our girl: huge growth this year, learned to advocate for herself, gets the giggles and can be really silly, does a great job of finding quiet spaces to play, knows what she needs, is an analyzer, and is great at math!

as much as i'm going to miss my sweet girl that has been my little sidekick for the last five years, i'm beyond excited for her too. she will do great i know, but i would be lying if i said i wasn't going to miss my little lady! she is such a great helper at home, she told amelia the other day that since she was going to be in all day kindergarten next year that she was going to have to be the big sister and help me with the new baby! i just love her!!!!!
so in the meantime we are living up every minute together this summer!
