last weekend the little miss and i headed up north to visit aunt sasa in seattle. brian fished all weekend, but he has some of his 14lb catch salmon cooking for us when we returned home...yummy!
I couldn't believe how excited evelyn was to stay at aunt sasa's house. She really understands what were up to these days and likes to talk about it over and over again. :)
here she so excited that she got to sleep in aunt sasa's bed. the window next to the bed looks out over lake union, so she was able to see lots of boats and float planes.
sarah also had this stuffed pink dog that she packed around all weekend, first his name was ruffy and then it was allie. she would sleep with "allie" and deer and pack them around most of the day. i thought for sure when we went to leave we would be taking the pink dog home, but she game him a kiss and said allie, stay, sasa, and then talked about him the whole way home. :)
sunny at the lake...

this was a floating home we saw on our walk that wasn't floating anymore...ouch!
thanks aunt sasa for the great weekend, and all your yummy cooking. on a side note we drove home sunday afternoon and it took us just under 4 hours and we didn't stop once. it was a dream trip home, not sure if we could pull that off again! :)
ps- thursday is the big day, we are anxiously waiting to see if miss evelyn will have a brother or a sister. we asked her which one she wanted and she said, "baby lala"...i don't think auntie kat is going to let us take miss lala home!
