here is a better belly shot...16 weeks and growing by the day!
i realized the other day after looking back at my blog posts from when i was pregnant with evelyn that i haven't posted much or anything about my pregnancy. it just seems more fun to post pics and stories of my little cutie bug evelyn rather then my gowning mid-section. :) i have also been getting some pressure from a few of my girly friends about belly shots, so i hope you enjoy the ones above! :) believe me the belly is growing at a rapid pace, i have heard that you show sooner the second time and i think i am! :) you can check out my 16 week bump with evelyn here.
this pregnancy seems pretty similar to my first; lost of sickness the first trimester, allegies and asthma get worse, i seem to feel a little more tired this time around (could be the almost 2 year old i'm trying to keep up with!), and a few odd cravings. i'm really not into sweet things this time, my latest food cravings are pickles, hot dogs with lots of mustard and sauerkraut, and fruit. the food craving seem to go in waves, so we will see what the next obsession is! :)
i have still been exercising which i think helps with lots of the prego symptoms, i haven't had any charlie horses in my calf's, so i'm hoping maybe i won't get them this time around. i had them so bad with evelyn i think they were worse then labor! the babies heart rate seems to be similar to what miss evie's was, so maybe another girl....i would love for evelyn to have a sister! we are scheduled to find out boy or girl on may 5th, just a few days before mothers day. this little sweet pea has really been hitting the holidays already, we heard the heart beat for the first time on valentines day and now we get to celebrate mothers day knowing if its a boy or girl.
evelyn has been pointing to my belly and saying "lala" (her babies name), i'm starting to wonder if her nickname for the baby will always be "lala"....or maybe we should just name the baby "lala" :)

Hooray for belly pictures!!! You look fantastic, which is no surprise as you looked so amazing all through your pregnancy with Evelyn. Keep the belly shots coming. I love preggo updates :) Can't wait to hear if Miss Evie will have a baby girl lala or baby boy lala to play with :)
