i hit the 23 week mark this week, and i would have to say that i'm feeling pretty good. although we did pass the stomach flu around our house this week, which reminded me of my morning sickness days :( i'm glad those are over and i can just enjoy the second trimester, which i think is when i feel the best. so other then being uncomfortable at night and dealing with a little insomnia, which of course is expected, i think i'm feeling great.
i have been feeling her move around a lot lately, she seems to be an active one. we also had a doctors appt. this week, and her heart beat was loud and clear at 130 beats per minute. the other day i was thinking about brian and i both being middle children and i got to thinking what if she is a middle child like me. my mom and day tell me that i was the hardest baby/toddler, super fussy, high maintenance, and then of course i had lots of issues with my allergies and asthma. i think it made me a little nervous, but brian reminded me that he was also a middle child and he was the BEST baby in the world! if fact i think i have even heard that he was the BEST kid as well. so, middle child or not, looks like we could have two totally different baby girls. but i thinks that's the fun of not knowing what there little personality is going to be, i'm just so excited to meet her!!!just some cute pics of miss evelyn from the oregon gardens...
i told her to kiss the dog and her idea of kissing him was to touch tongues! i just hope she doesn't try this one at home on her own pooch!
