rain, rain, go a way...

i told brian last weekend that i was ready to wear my swimsuit on the boat, i think i'm over the long johns and stocking hats in june! :)

last weekend we went camping at odell lake, when we arrived it was gorgeous. i think the sky was the bluest i have seen it this year, i was even wearing shorts and a t-shirt. but saturday was a different story it rained and rained and rained. i tell ya, i'm ready for some sunny summer camping, i will keep my fingers crossed that our next trip will be swimsuit weather!n :)

the four foot snow banks on two sides of out tent, at least tyler and evelyn enjoyed playing in the snow in june!

despite the rain, it was nice to get a way for a few days. we have been working on lots of yard projects, so it was good to take a break and enjoy the east side a bit. i slept the best i have slept in weeks in the tent, i think the fresh air and no allergies on the east side helped a lot. miss evelyn of course loved cuddling up with mom and dad in the tent, she is such our cuddle bug.

i going to be optimistic and think sun for our next few camping trips, so here's to some sunny oregon camping!!!
