i hope you all have been lovin' the sunshine as much as we have! we spent the weekend at the ranch enjoying the nice weather, helping with some chores and brian did a little turkey hunting. there was lots of signs of spring; bright green grass, budded trees, and cute baby calf's and chicks. there was even a calf born while we were there, but we missed the action...brian has been wanting to see a calf born forever, but seems to always miss it.
brian and i put up some temporary fencing along the driveway so the steers could eat down the grass...
looking rough and ready and prego!!!
riding three deep in the mule...
we stopped in b'ville on our way home to fall a few trees at our house that had died. brian's superstar family was there to help, which was much appreciated especially since i'm not much help at 35 weeks pregnant.
we also made a quick stop in sherwood to squeeze on the kids a bit, they are sure getting big. Payton turns 1 in May...where did the time go???!!!
charlie being is usual silly self...
gwynn playing ball and being silly in the backyard
sweetpea and payton will almost be exactly a year apart!
sarah and payton...
payton loves allie!
catch up:
a few weekends ago lucy and colton came up and while lucy helped me organize the baby's room colton helped brian finish up some projects in the basement. they packed out concrete and dirt from the new sewer line and also poured new concrete. it was a busy weekend of projects, but their help was awesome! we are tying up some loose ends with the basement project this week and over the weekend and then the sheet rockers start on monday. it will be pushing it to get it done before miss sweetpea arrives. as long as the dusty sheet rock is done before she gets here, i think i can deal with the rest. i just can't wait for brian to be done with the massive remodel projects, i hate seeing him work so hard all the time. i think we will have to slow down once sweetpea comes, which will be a good thing...were looking forward to it!!!

You guys have been busy! Glad to hear everyone is good and enjoying the weather!
Just think, one more month and you two will be mom and dad. You will hear those names a million times from then on out. You will no longer be Brian and Libby but "Sweet Pea's mom and dad". Can't wait, we're counting the days. While you're working away in L'view this weekend we're going to be playing in the sand with the two meat heads. See you next week!
